Account Class List

The Account Class List displays all account classes defined in the system. Use this screen to browse, filter, create, edit, and delete account classes. Access from General Ledger › Account Classes.

Filters

Parent

Filter the list to show only account classes under a specific parent. Leave blank to show all classes.

Filter

Quick-search the displayed list. Type text to instantly filter rows by matching against the selected column.

Find Column

Column to search within.

Find Method

Search method: Starts With, Contains, or Exact Match.

Sort Column

Column to sort the list by.

Sort Method

Sort order: Ascending or Descending.

Auto Size Columns

When checked, columns auto-size to fit their contents. When unchecked, column widths are saved between sessions.

Show

Filter by activity status: Active Only, Inactive Only, or Active & Inactive.

Group

Filter the list by group.

List

The main list view showing all records. Double-click a row to edit. Right-click for options.

New

Create a new record.

Edit

Edit the selected record.

Delete

Delete the selected record.

Print

Print the list.

Export

Export the list to a file.

Refresh

Force a refresh of the list data.

Close

Close the list screen.

Default Columns

Column	Description
Number	The account class number.
Name	The account class name.
Parent Name	The name of the parent account class (blank for top-level classes).

Available Columns

Additional columns that can be added via the column chooser.

Parent Number	The number of the parent account class.
