Item

The item this serial number belongs to. Read-only — set when the serial is created through a transaction.

Serial Number

The unique serial number or card number identifier.

Expiry Date

Optional expiration date for this serial. Disabled when the serial has been sold or transferred out.

Store

Current store location where this serial resides.

Status

Read-only lifecycle status: Available (in stock), Sold/Used (sold via invoice or redeemed), or Consigned Out.

PIN

Auto-generated security PIN for gift cards and store credits. Only visible when the item has Require PIN enabled in the Item Master. Read-only — the PIN is generated automatically when the card is activated at point of sale.

Recovery Phone

Phone number for card recovery or customer identification. Only visible when the item has Require PIN enabled. Editable while the serial is in Available status.
