The Cancellation Reason Master creates or edits a cancellation reason code for e-invoicing (CFDI) compliance.
Fields
CountryThe country this reason applies to (e.g., Mexico). CodeThe regulatory reason code (e.g., "01", "02", "03", "04"). DescriptionThe English description of the reason. Description (Local)The description in the local language (e.g., Spanish for Mexico). Requires Replacement?Check if a replacement invoice UUID must be provided when using this reason. Requires Acceptance?Check if the receiver must accept the cancellation. Valid FromThe date this reason code becomes effective. Valid ToThe date this reason code expires (leave blank if currently valid). |
