AI Skills
Lists the configured AI skills. A skill defines one AI job — what it does, which provider and model it uses, and how its results are handled. Select a skill to edit it in the AI Skill Master. Access from System › Setup › AI Skill List.
Columns
NumberThe skill number. Also decides the order skills are tried when more than one skill of the same type exists. NameThe skill's display name. TypeWhat the skill does — Receive, Reconcile, Data Entry, Report Query, Email Parse, Voice Command, Voice Chat, Text Chat, or Custom. OrderProcessing order for server-side AI jobs such as PDF vendor invoice import. |
Toolbar Actions
New / Edit / DeleteStandard list actions. New and Edit open the AI Skill Master. Show InactiveInclude deactivated skills in the list. |
