Label Address Selection

This dialog selects card-file records (customers, vendors, employees, stores, or CRM contacts) to add to the Print Labels list. Use the filters to narrow the list, select the records to include, and confirm to transfer the addresses.

Filters

Filter

Quick-search the displayed list by the selected column.

In

Choose the column to search.

By

Choose Starts With, Contains, or Exact Match.

Show

Show Active Only, Inactive Only, or Active & Inactive records.

Customers Group

Filter customers by group membership.

Vendors Group

Filter vendors by group membership.

Employees Group

Filter employees by group membership.

CRM Group

Filter CRM contacts by group membership.

Type

Filter customers by customer type.

Store

Filter employees by store assignment.

Tabs

Stores Tab

Shows store addresses.

Customers Tab

Shows customer addresses.

Vendors Tab

Shows vendor addresses.

Employees Tab

Shows employee addresses.

CRM Tab

Shows CRM contact addresses.

Selection Buttons

All

Selects all records on the current tab.

None

Clears all selections on the current tab.

Action Buttons

Refresh

Reloads the lists from the database.

Add

Transfers the selected addresses to the Print Labels list and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Closes the dialog without transferring any addresses.
