No Sale Master
The No Sale Master records a cash-drawer open event that did not result in a sale. These records are normally created automatically at the POS, but can be entered or edited here for correction or audit purposes. Access from Sales › No Sale Master or from the No Sale List.
Fields
NumberUnique no-sale record number. Sequence numbering is by store. DateThe calendar date the drawer was opened. TimeThe time the drawer was opened. Work DateThe business work date for the store at the time of the event. This is read-only and is calculated automatically from the date, time, and the store's work-day calendar. StoreThe store where the no-sale occurred. Changing the store resets the Station and Employee lookups to that store. StationThe POS station where the drawer was opened. EmployeeThe employee who triggered the no-sale event. InactiveCheck to mark this record as inactive. Inactive records are hidden from the No Sale List by default. |
