Time Clock

Store

Select the store for the time clock entry. Changing the store filters the Employee selector to employees assigned to that store.

Employee

Select the employee punching in or out.

Date In

Date the employee clocked in. Updated automatically when punching in.

Time In

Time the employee clocked in. Updated automatically when punching in.

Date Out

Date the employee clocked out. Enabled only when the employee is currently clocked in.

Time Out

Time the employee clocked out. Enabled only when the employee is currently clocked in.

Clock / Punch

Records a punch in or punch out. The button label changes based on the employee's current state: "Clock In" when clocked out, "Clock Out" when clocked in.

Cancel

Closes the Time Clock screen without recording a punch.

Date Range

Preset date range selector that automatically populates the From and To dates below.

From

Show only time clock entries with a date in on or after this date.

To

Show only time clock entries with a date in on or before this date.

Store

Filter to entries for employees assigned to a specific store.

Employee

Filter to entries for a specific employee.

Customer

Filter to entries associated with a specific customer.

Customer Unit

Filter to entries associated with a specific customer unit.

Still Signed In

When checked, show only entries where the employee has not yet clocked out.

Status

Filter by export status. Options include:
• Held — Entries not yet released for export.
• Billed — Entries already released.
• All — Show all entries regardless of status.

Subtotal Hours

Shows the sum of hours for the current pay-week period around the selected row.

Total Hours

Shows the sum of hours across all displayed rows for the selected date range.
