Adjustment Reason Master
The Adjustment Reason Master creates or edits a reason code for inventory adjustments.
Fields
NameThe reason name (e.g., "Breakage", "Theft", "Spoilage", "Donation"). NumberA unique reason code number. AccountThe GL account to post adjustment costs to. Account ClassDefault account class to apply when this reason is selected on an Item Adjustment. Auto-fills the Item Adjustment's Account Class field. Only visible when the Account Classes feature is enabled. Inactive?Toggle to deactivate the adjustment reason. |
